E-mail us at info@bikechatel.com with the dates required, numbers of adults & children with their ages. Please also include a landline contact telephone number so that we can call & talk about your holiday in more detail. We will e-mail you with confirmation of availability & pricing together with a booking form.

We will reserve your chosen dates for 4 working days, giving you time to send both pages of our booking form together with your 25% deposit.

As soon as we receive your completed form & deposit we will issue you a booking reference & confirmation, plus full details of your holiday. We will also confirm dates of any balances due.

Pricing and Payment

Prices quoted are in Euros, we offer you various options for paying deposits and balances, Bank transfer, Euro cheque & Credit/Debit card payments.

By direct bank transfer: Bank details given in your booking e-mail.

Credit/Debit Card: We accept Visa or Master-Card. Please provide your card details on your booking form. Alternatively payment can be made over the phone.

Please note a 1% surcharge will be added to all balance payments by credit/debit card.

Whats not included: Flights Insurance

There are no cooking facilities within the Chalet accommodation for guest use.

*When airport transfers are included it is assuming there are at least 4 in a vehicle, and that passengers arrive in Geneva between 12.00 p.m. and 17.00 and leave accommodation before 10.30 am on day of departure. Arrivals/departures outside of these hours or for less than 4 in a vehicle may incur a supplement. please contact us with your specific travel details.
